Shipping charges are determined by the customer’s shipping address and the total merchandise weight. Packages within the United States will ship out via UPS SurePost ground. UPS SurePost DOES offer delivery to P.O. Boxes. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Packages are typically delivered within five to seven business days once it leaves our shop. Military addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you require expedited shipping, please call or email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All packages are shipped without a signature required, and without insurance. If you require a different carrier, please email us at email@example.com, additional charge may apply. Allow three to five days for handling prior to shipping. Occasionally items are made to order, if this is the case expect an additional one to two weeks before the package is shipped out. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
You will receive an automated email including your tracking number once a shipping label has been generated. If a tracking number is marked as “Undelivered” by UPS or USPS, we will replace the item. For items that are out of stock we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the receipt. If the tracking number is marked as “Delivered” by UPS or USPS but you did not receive the package, we cannot be held liable for the missing package. (Example: Stolen off porch.) International packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Not all countries can provide tracking information once the package leaves the United States. Typical delivery time is between 6 - 10 business days. This can vary if the package experiences any delays once it reaches US customs. Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination. Import taxes and duties are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.
