Mercy Supply Co. offers repairs for normal use wear and tear. All repairs must be approved beforehand. Email us with a description of the issue and we will reply with a shipping label, return instructions and any repair charges that apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will continue to offer repairs for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and tear. This policy is for the lifetime of the item, not the lifetime of the customer. Mercy Supply Co. will determine whether an item is repairable. 

We do not repair non-Mercy Supply Co. products.

If the repair needed is due to a production error the customer will not be responsible for any charges. Examples of this would include button, rivet, stitching and fabric defects. This would be covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
