Once we receive your returned merchandise you will receive a refund within three business days. We will issue a full refund for the items purchased, excluding shipping charges. Return packages can be shipped using any shipping service of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered packages.
