REPAIRS: WEAR AND TEAR
Mercy Supply Co. offers repairs for normal use wear and tear. All repairs must be approved beforehand. Email us with a description of the issue and we will reply with a shipping label, return instructions and any repair charges that apply. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will continue to offer repairs for the lifetime of the product under normal wear and tear. This policy is for the lifetime of the item, not the lifetime of the customer. Mercy Supply Co. will determine whether an item is repairable. We do not repair non-Mercy Supply Co. products.
If the repair needed is due to a production error the customer will not be responsible for any charges. Examples of this would include button, rivet, stitching and fabric defects. This would be covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Mercy Supply Co. accepts returns and exchanges within fourteen (14) days of the customer receiving the product. All returns/exchanges must be approved beforehand. Email us with a description of what you’re returning or exchanging and for what reason. (Wrong size, color, etc.) We will then reply with a return shipping label and invoice for the shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return/exchange so it’s best to make sure that you’ve read the sizing charts and are confident that you’ll be receiving the correct item. Returns/exchanges must be returned in unworn condition and cannot have been altered in any way.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Mercy Supply Co. offers a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products. We trust that our products will serve you well and we stand by our craftsmanship. Each item is carefully looked over before being sent out. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which would be subject to a repair fee. (See repairs.) Examples of what our limited lifetime warranty does include: button, rivet, stitching and fabric defects. Our warranty does not include non-Mercy Supply products or collaborations.
